Warrant policy

At least one night of the stay must be paid in order to guarantee a reservation

*A one night d3eposit is required. Once you make the deposit or transference, send the voucher via e-mail (reservaciones@hotelnekie.com.mx) or fax (311) 2118450 and then you will get the reservation number.

Cancellation policy

Must cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival date, in order to avoid fee charges.

Policy of no arrival

Extra person charge is for $303.05 pesos per extra person in room.

Se aplica un cargo de $303.05 pesos por persona adicional en la habitación

Children policy

Up to 12 years old children will be considered as minors. 13 years old and older children will be charged as adults.
2 less than 12 years old children can share a Double Room with 2 adults

Pet policy

No pets allowed.

Oversold

In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.

The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
